  We come here every year and I always ask for the same room, I was very disappointed when we were told it wasn’t available. However the hotel had unknowingly allocated a beautiful Room accommodating all our requests. Didn’t know it when I checked in and therefore didn’t appear very happy. This is a beautiful hotel and they always try so hard to keep the guest happy. I would highly recommend it for self catering as it has a fantastic location. I am currently looking at a sea view from my balcony , it’s price for what you get is awesome

  All-inclusive for a week in Oct 17. We read bad reviews before arriving but we didn't experience any of the problems. Yes the rooms are aging...but aren't we all.. they are still suitable for a 3 star apartment. The animation team work tirelessly and are great fun. The waiters and bar staff work just as hard. Overall it's it's a good family resort.

  No soap, the sun loungers were filthy, covered in sun tan oil, everything you touched was dusty and dirty.Lounge table and chairs covered in sun tan oil and the table was falling apart.

  The most disappointing visit ever. Spent ten days in this dirty hotel in November 2017.The windows were dirty, dirtier on the inside than outside. Floor tiles cracked, mould in the bathroom, the maid came every three days and spent five minutes in the apartment.

  Excellent place, hardworking helpful and friendly staff. Good value for money. Close to beach, 2 shops provides most things you will need. Lots of restaurants and bars in close proximity.
