  The hotel is a decent enough all inclusive resort. We found that it lacked personality. This was demonstrated with our room that was akin to a travel lodge room. There was plenty of self service drinks which was good and variety of food was nice but sometimes lacking quality.

  This hotel must try and make sure that they cater for everyone. Not all eat pork because for one day I didn’t eat because from lunch right to dinner it’s was pork orientated. The hotel is very clean and the staffs are very friendly but the food needs some changes to get this fine hotel up to standard

  Currently staying at this hotel and cannot fault it in anyway. Staff and animation team friendly, food good, cocktails good and the place is very clean. However we are a little disappointed as when we arrived on Saturday we were asked if we liked our room. We said no and asked if we could have a pool view. The receptionist told us that wif we waited till Mon we would be able to move to a room with a pool view. On asking at reception the female receptionist was very rude and abrupt and said that we couldn't. We were very disappointed and asked again later on that day and the male receptionist said it wasn't possible. We are very disappointed with the attitude of the female receptionist not the fact that we couldn't move rooms. Would highly recommend this hotel good value for money and would return. Antonio in the Goa Cocktail bar made our Holiday he makes this bar what it is. In my opinion the Goa bar is the highlight of this hotel. Antonio is very friendly and welcoming and makes fantastic cocktails. Security on a night need reviewing especially to look after Antonio and guests in this great bar. Marcus the Security Guard is also fantastic. However he often works alone and I simply don't think this is good enough! Would definitely return to this hotel and can highly recommend.
