  Arrived and sat down with 3 friends. Ordered wine and person 1 ordered pizza. Persons 2 and 3 ordered. Person one asked would he like lasagne! ! No he wanted pizza. Waiter nonplussed. I ordered a salmon salad. Described as just that on board. Asked if I wanted chicken! No I would like salmon. ..I ask if items on salad gluten free (sin gluten). Waiter says salad is not gluten free!!! I ask what isn't GF..... he says "salad"! Gets quite funny about it... after 3rd try we give up! No we don't want lasagne or chicken! We leave!

  Hopeless. Clearly waiter has no idea about a gluten free diet. We wonder why the management of this very overpriced cafe hasn't given him proper training given European Law says all restaurants should have a list of what each dish contains.

  We visited this place every day for a week for a daily espresso and ice cream. The ice cream flavors never changed but we tried almost all of them and they were good quality. This places biggest downfall is it's staff. They seem to only have on guy to take orders and it takes an eternity to get anything, especially the change from the bill. The have too many people working "behind the scenes" and not enough people helping guests which causes an extremely slow service and a waiter who doesn't care about much of anything. Sometimes we would sit for upwards of 15 minutes before he came to our table so we would just have to go up and order the food at the "bar". We didn't try any of their food so I cannot review any of that, but I wouldn't choose to go based off the service.

  The service was brilliant! Food was also very good. The coffee is very nice, and very reasonably priced. Will be going again!
